Let start:
1. at first we have to download "App Player Software" Bluestacks
 CLICK TO DOWNLOAD
2. Open Bluestacks
3. Click Search and Type in Search box "Whatsapp"
4. Click on Google Play Store
if you have Google Account (gmail) Click on Existing if not New
5. After it show Google Play Store
6. Search for Whatsapp and Download it
7. Its now same as mobile instruction (how we download and install on mobile)

By using this method you can use any android app in your PC
